Robbed!

Wow, I know we talk all music here on Youngan's, but if you saw the safe call in last nights Tigers and Indians game then you know this was huge. The Tigers pitcher Armando Galarraga had a perfect game through 8 and 2/3. The Indians Jason Donald hit a grounder to first base and Galarraga was covering. Miguel Cabrera threw to first and Galarraga was there in time for the out, however umpire Jim Joyce called Donald safe. After the game, Joyce was so upset with the wrong call that he went and apologized to Galarraga for his blown call.

I agree that this was a blown call and Jim Joyce is to blame, however, his post game gesture was something that I thought I would never see. He went and apologized to Galarraga for his blown call. This was a stand up gesture and it shouldn't go unnoticed. What are your thoughts?
