Nike "Heroes of Speed"
This has nothing to do with music, but I'm a huge soccer fan and the mercurial vapors are my favorite boots. Anyways, Nike launched the Mercurial Vapors in 1998 as its premier speed boot. So in honor of the World Cup, they have put together a series of animated videos which feature past and present wearers of the boot. The videos are created by Danijel Zezelj, and will be unveiled in the coming weeks. Head over to Heroes of Speed for a closer look at all the videos.
Jonsi + Icelandic Volcanos
Saw this at P&P and it was too cool not to post. Basically, this guy Sean Stiegemeier took a bunch of pictures of the now infamous Iceland volcanos. Then he made a video and set it to Jonsi's (the lead singer for Sigur Rios) “Kolniður," and the results are amazing.

Curren$y "King Kong (Video)"
Visuals for Spitta's first single off of Pilot Talk, which has been pushed back AGAIN to June 15th. Really looking forward to this album. I wish it would drop already.
Drake "July"
A "new" song by Drake. It's actually an old song by Jhene Aiko. Still it's pretty good, and the beat and overall feeling of the song remind me a lot of So Far Gone. At the very least it's something to hold us over until TML drops in about a month. Bonus:
This is a track which will apparently be on TML, just updated with a verse from Wayne, longer, and with a different chorus. This has the potential to be real nice.
